Job Description: Client Service Associate
We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team. As a Client Service Associate, you will assist our group of advisors by providing service to clients and execute daily operational functions. The role has three primary components: (a) onboarding new clients, (b) servicing existing clients, and (c) handling general office administration.
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented person who takes pride in providing attentive client service. You should have excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills, at least a few years of experience in a client service role, and be comfortable learning and navigating multiple software programs to manage workflows. We are looking for someone who enjoys the experience of working with people to organize their lives and make financial progress by executing the plans we develop. We want a new team member who will actively help us improve our systems. Persistence and accuracy are of great importance for this role.
These are helpful, but not necessarily required:
- Experience with major custodial platforms (Schwab, TD Ameritrade, Fidelity)
- Experience with CRM and financial planning software
- Experience with the insurance underwriting processes
